Bianca is a member of Taft’s Chicago Litigation practice group and focuses on commercial litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, breach of contract cases, Section 1983 civil rights litigation, trademark and trade secret cases, and trust litigation. She also represents creditors in enforcing their judgments against debtors concealing their assets and third-party respondents pulled into post-judgment matters.
